Coaches pay $2,500 to $6,000 a year for programs like this on their own, before they pay for any software. Yours starts at $149 a month, platform included.

You get courses that walk you through starting and growing your coaching business, group sessions, and a private community of NOWFit coaches. Standalone programs like this run $2,500 to $6,000 a year, and most platforms do not offer one at all. Yours is included from day one.
DIY is a flat monthly cost and we take nothing from your coaching income, ever. Done With You and Done For You work differently. They are partnerships rather than subscriptions, so instead of a bigger monthly bill we take a share of what you earn and only make money when you make money. Our share is smaller than what full-service arrangements in this space usually take, and your mentorship sits inside it, so you are not paying a business coach on top. We go through the figures with you on your call, once we understand your business and what you actually need from us.
DIY is $149/mo for up to 25 active clients. Everything is included at that price: workouts, nutrition, automations, CRM, 2-way SMS, lead pipeline, calendar booking, funnel pages, 1,000+ content templates, challenges and group coaching, custom domain, onboarding call, and community access. No feature paywalls and no upsells to unlock what you already see. Most other platforms charge separately for nutrition, automations and payments. Got more than 25 clients? It is our app, wearing your brand. Same platform underneath, published to the App Store and Google Play under your name, your logo and your colours, so clients search for you and download you. NOWFit stays quietly in the background. Your clients get their workouts, nutrition, habits, progress and their chat with you in one place, and you get the coach side to run all of it. The app is a separate product from the platform: available to DIY coaches, at partner pricing on Done With You, and included in Done For You.
Yes. Start on DIY at $149/mo, and talk to us once you pass 25 clients. When you want hands-on help, switch to Done With You for your own team of experts and managed tech. Coaches who want us to run it all can apply for Done For You. Your clients, your data, your business. No lock-in at any stage.
Two ways. Ours is a smaller share than full-service arrangements in this space usually take, and it covers more: the platform, your branded app, mentorship and a team behind you, rather than just one of those. And you keep your clients and your client data, with no exclusivity clause holding you in, so deciding to leave never costs you your business. We will walk you through how it compares on your call.
No long-term contracts, and nothing that locks you in for a year. On DIY you can stop whenever you like. On the partnership tiers we ask for 90 days notice if you want to move to a different level, and that is the only commitment there is. That window exists so we can hand things back properly rather than drop your business mid-campaign. Moving down is a normal conversation here, not a fight. The point is to get you on the right level for the stage you are actually at, and that changes as you grow. Your clients, your data and your business stay yours the whole way through.
